Marketing Operations Manager – LATAM BUILD SOMETHING BIGGER THAN YOURSELF The Walt Disney Company, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading diversified international family entertainment and media enterprise. We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to support marketing strategies within a key functional area of a major global region. Responsibilities Engage marketers in refinement sessions to clarify strategy requirements and finalize intake. Provide custom or experimental solution design to meet a marketer’s strategy requirement and secure acceptance of the solution. Build messaging solutions and conduct self‑quality assurance testing. Conduct peer‑review quality assurance for Marketing Operations counterparts to enable a deployment‑ready status. Actively monitor solution deployment for a limited period to identify potential bugs for remediation or mitigation. Utilize business intelligence reporting or direct analytical queries to determine the business impact of the solution and apply that insight in refinement sessions or team reporting. Manage direct reports through weekly sprint planning, sounding board resource, and career development. Engage with executive leadership on operating framework refinement, team insights, and quarterly initiative alignment. Qualifications 5+ years of work experience in marketing operations, analytics, or equivalent applied roles. Experience working in and/or managing agile teams. Applied coding of template scripting languages (e.g., liquid, handlebars). Experience conducting experiments to minimize bias against the experimental design. High bar for quality and ability to readily spot potential bugs. Superb writing skills for documentation, solution design, and insights. Excellent communication skills with globally diverse cultures. Curious and analytic mindset, striving to continuously improve expertise. Ability to be on‑call when business‑critical launches occur. Advanced level of English.
