This role directs the marketing and sales activities for our Motion Business at Caba, tasked with setting and profitably achieving key targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. The manager will define and implement sales and marketing initiatives in line with strategy, while proactively leading, developing and coaching the marketing and sales team. Responsibilities Digital native management of everything related to digital marketing (online marketing, sales, SEM, etc.). Expert in online campaign management (Salesforce, Pardot). Online marketing and lead generation. Management of digital marketing and social media metrics. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering with a specialty in Digital Marketing (required). Five years of experience in similar B2B marketing roles. Experience with Salesforce and Pardot. Expertise in digital marketing and social media.
