StratDev Digital Marketing is a full-stack digital marketing agency looking for a dynamic and qualified individual to join our in-house team as a **Digital Operations Specialist**. This versatile role will involve a variety of tasks and projects across multiple departments to support and develop the company’s internal operations.

As a startup agency, your work will directly impact StratDev’s ability to deliver exceptional results for our clients. We prioritize thoroughness, adaptability, and quality of work while providing opportunities for growth and learning.

The Digital Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting the company’s internal operations. This is a fully remote, full-time position (40 hours per week) with hours of availability from 8am-5pm PST, Monday-Friday, including a 1-hour break. You will report directly to the Client Success Managers and collaborate with various members of the operations team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform organizational and business development tasks with established deadlines.
- Develop operations-related reports and documentation for internal initiatives.
- Support Client Success Managers (CSMs) with project organization using tools like ClickUp, Slack, and Google Drive.
- Identify and implement solutions to optimize workflows and improve efficiencies.
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure the effectiveness of internal activities.
- Design, create, and present marketing collateral to internal teams.
- Conduct competitor research, go-to-market research, and analysis.
- Create and update internal databases, SOPs, documentation, and tools.
- Strategize with and provide regular updates to CSMs regarding operations and ongoing projects.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in marketing business intelligence, digital marketing, agency operations, project management, or a related field.
- Advanced written and spoken English skills (C1 level), including the ability to create and edit documents in English.
- Proficiency in ClickUp (usage and development), Slack, Google Workspace, Figma/Canva, and Gmail.
- Experience with document production tools like Adobe, Canva, or Figma.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and report progress to CSMs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Adobe, Bitwarden, Clay, CRMs, Go High Level, Jotform, AI tools (LLMs), Looker Studio, or Zapier.
- Deep inbound and outbound marketing knowledge and experience.
- 2+ years of experience with task management tools (specifically ClickUp).
- Administration knowledge and cross-operational team management experience.
- Understanding of operational cost impact.
- Fluent or native English skills.
- A portfolio to share.
