Marketing Operations Specialist (Argentina) EMARKETER We're hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing Team at EMARKETER, a globally renowned provider of research on digital advertising and ecommerce. This is a full-time contract role; we are looking for a commitment to the company of at least 2-3 years. The Marketing Operations Specialist is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of the technical components of marketing campaigns, from planning and coordination with relevant teams, to implementation and measurement. An analytical thinker who has experience with the intricacies of campaign management and measurement Solution-oriented who has the ability to maintain tight deadlines while ensuring technical specifications are met A strong collaborator and team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams A self‑starter with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work Key Responsibilities Work with Demand Generation, Media Operations, and Marketing Operations to create, track, and optimize full funnel marketing campaigns Assist in producing and implementing web materials for online marketing campaigns, including but not limited to, product pages, sign‑up pages, events, microsites Build automated journeys for lead nurture and evergreen campaigns Manage list segmentation strategies and maintain list hygiene best practices Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure campaign components are created on time and adhere to brand standards Collaborate with the business systems team to ensure integrated data is accurate across the MAP, CRM, and external tools Desired Skills & Experience Working knowledge of HTML, JS, CSS Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems, and website tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing and campaign management.
