As part of the Investments Finance team, you will play a key role in supporting US Net Investment Income and Asset Planning, including projections, analysis, and attribution of results. This position offers regular exposure to senior leadership, including the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer. It involves close collaboration with Portfolio Managers, Asset Sector Specialists, and teams across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver reports to support investment asset and net investment income analysis. Partner with Portfolio Managers and Asset Specialists to gather input for monthly projections. Analyze data and workflows to enhance forecasting and modelling accuracy. Develop a strong understanding of projection outputs and provide clear, well‑structured attribution of results to management. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure robust support for investment processes. Respond to ad‑hoc requests and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications 3-5 years’ experience in Investments and Accounting. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in MS Office tools. Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to interact with global teams and present analyses to senior management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and work effectively within a team. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial services or insurance. Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Essbase, Hyperion, or similar systems. Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, CMA) or progress towards them. Understanding of Life Insurance GAAP, Statutory accounting, and RBC. Familiarity with AI and analytics tools such as Alteryx, Python, and Power BI.
