**About the position**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of FINANCE ANALYST to join our Finance team:
**Location**: Microcentro, Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
**Contract Type**: Open-ended / Indefinite-term.
**About the position**:
We are looking for a Client Dedicated Finance Coordinator reporting directly to the Regional Sr. Finance Manager, to work daily with the financial operations of Latin America countries.
**Responsibilities**:
Complete Monthly End Close Reports
Prepare the Monthly Checklist
Prepare the Balance Sheet Review
Review the Local Accounting against ERP
Consolidate Reports
Prepare Bank reconciliations
Request and follow up payment to vendors and transfers to corporate team
**Review the payments made to the vendors**: Check that the withholdings are applied correctly
Collect and prepare all the documentation required by the Client (Payroll, Reimbursable and AP)
Prepare and Review the invoices issued to the client
Follow up the ARs and claim to the client the invoices past due
Control the Client´s POs details and remaining balance
Perform Accruals Management and Reporting (E1/ Corporate)
Prepare Ad Hoc Reports
**Requirements**:
Advanced student or graduate in Accounting or Business Administration.
3 years experience in similar roles, including Bank reconciliations, account analysis, preparation of suppliers' payments & invoices, and monitoring of collections.
Intermediate level of English to make report and presentations.
