**Position: Finance and accounting analyst**

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for accuracy and a keen eye for financial insights? We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in managing our financial reporting, accounting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements;
- Participate in monthly and annual financial closings, ensuring compliance with established deadlines;
- Coordinate all accounting activities, invoices, and payments for the business;
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and analysis to support decision-making;
- Identify and propose improvements to accounting and financial processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness;
- Reconcile collections from payment processor software;
- Reconcile providers and clients’ accounts.

**Skills and Desired Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin or related field.
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in accounting or financial roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluent in English.
- Self-starter, initiative, and capable of leading new projects independently.
- Capable of working autonomously and taking ownership of work.
- SQL or Power-bi proficiency is a plus.
- Quickbooks knowledge is a plus.
