We are searching for the best talent for **Deliver Finance Sr. Analyst** to be in **Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia or Chile.**

**Purpose**:
Deliver Finance Sr. Analyst will be responsible for actively influence and challenge Deliver Operations through expertise to drive financial performance with a MedTech LATAM scope. This role will be crucial in developing relationships with key partners and will support Planning & Updates, Reporting, and Analytics activities.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Collaborates with Deliver Operations team of MedTech; to influence and craft business decisions that support the goals of the Cluster.
- Performs monthly local financial performance analysis and supports Deliver team to ensure financial targets are delivered on an ongoing basis and implement corrective actions if needed.
- Business Plan and Quarterly Update Support and Analysis for MedTech LATAM.
- Standard and ad-hoc reporting and analytics execution.
- Financial support for new business opportunities that exist at a local level (including CAPEX valuation analysis).
- Partners with Deliver team, BUF and CoE on financial planning and latest thinking’s; and with Global Services, Tax and Compliance to ensure financial accuracy.
- Support monthly financial closing and ensures information alignment with HCC, SOX, and WW and GAAP procedures for the processes they own

**Calificaciones**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance/ Accounting or related area.
- Knowledge of general finance/accounting processes
- Strong doer, independent thinking, and planning/prioritization are important to success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage business partners is required.
- The ability to work independently and handle several tasks simultaneously is required.
- Proficient in English, Spanish or Portuguese is desirable
- Sophisticated skills in Microsoft Office is required.
