Account Director As an Account Director, you will work with clients in the B2B, Consumer Services, CPG/Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle/Ecommerce, or Enterprise space. You will drive performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid, owned, and earned channels and guide clients on how marketing tactics can drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes. Utilize and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department. Establish strong client relationships through monthly check‑ins to gauge sentiment and share opportunities. Guide the account team with a comprehensive strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels to meet or exceed client objectives. Leverage data and analytics to identify strategic opportunities and translate learnings into actionable reporting. Use measurement frameworks, overlapping datasets, and platform metrics to inform tactical optimizations and validate strategies. Lead client retention, contract renewal strategy, and service expansion efforts in collaboration with the Account Manager. Manage a diverse client portfolio totaling a minimum of $175 k in monthly recurring revenue. Coach and develop the account team, delivering timely feedback and fostering servant leadership. Perform additional tasks and projects assigned by the Client Services leadership. Role Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline. 8+ years of digital marketing experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration, and client services—ideally in a digital or media agency. Proven track record of delivering high customer‑satisfaction scores. Extensive CRM or Marketing Operations platform experience (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, HubSpot). Experience speaking to business‑level metrics such as LTV:CAC, MER, etc. Campaign leadership skills for end‑to‑end development across a multi‑channel environment. Ability to build rapport quickly and develop relationships with executive‑level points of contact. Desire to function as both a marketing consultant and a business consultant for clients. Highly dependable, self‑starter, high energy, positive attitude, with strong organization and time‑management skills. Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for problem‑solving, continued learning, and personal development. Key Performance Indicators ETCR or Expansion to Churn Ratio (established quarterly). MRR Retained from Service Expansion per month (established quarterly). Average Client NPS of 8.8.
