Accusys busca un Service Delivery Manager para su equipo en Buenos Aires, Argentina. Responsabilidades Estimar esfuerzo con el equipo (capacity planning, story sizing, SPI/CPI básicos). Mantener roadmap/plan de releases y el calendario de hitos por cliente. Gestionar dependencias, riesgos y bloqueos; planes de mitigación. Conducir ceremonias Planning, Dailies, Refinement, Review, Retro (y Release Planning). Velar por la ejecución del backlog “en tiempo y forma” en cada sprint. Asegurar criterios de “Definition of Ready/Done”, calidad y trazabilidad. Orquestar el ciclo de versiones por cliente (DEV→TEST→UAT→PROD), change management (ITIL), ventanas de deploy y “go/no-go”. Generar y publicar Release Notes por versión/cliente (novedades, fixes, impactos, pasos de rollback). Medir y mejorar predictibilidad (on-time/in-scope), change failure rate y MTTR. Ser punto de contacto operativo; comunicar entregas, avances y desvíos con transparencia. Alinear expectativas, priorizar requerimientos y acordar criterios de aceptación. Conducir QBRs/MBRs, seguimiento de SLA/OLA y plan de mejora continua. Integrar la mesa de ayuda N1 (para escalados) con N2/N3 y el equipo de ingeniería. Triage, priorización y enrutamiento de incidentes/problemas; asegurar tiempos de respuesta/solución. Promover runbooks, knowledge base y postmortems (problem management). Asegurar pruebas (funcionales, regresión, UAT), evidencias y sign-offs. Custodiar estándares de seguridad y cumplimiento (auditoría, trazabilidad, segregación de ambientes). Impulsar automatización (CI/CD, testing, monitoreo) junto a los equipos técnicos. Mantener tablero de control por cliente throughput, lead/cycle time, burndown/burnup, defectos, SLAs, satisfacción. Reportes ejecutivos semanales y cierre de sprint con KPIs y acciones. Requisitos Estudios: Licenciatura en Sistemas, Ingenieria en Sistemas o carreras afines. Experiencia: Al menos 5 años en puestos similares. Lugar de trabajo: Trabajo mixto presencial/remoto en Buenos Aires. Horario: 9:00 a 18:00 hs. Modalidad de contratación: Relación de dependencia.
