Product Manager at Team&Tonic™ Availability: Full-time, 40 hours per week Language: Fluent Spanish, professional English We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong product mindset and a solid UX/UI foundation to help drive the development of a delivery-management SaaS platform for a Silicon Valley–based startup. This role is designed for PMs who have already operated in high-speed, high-standard product environments, ideally at large LATAM SaaS companies. Ideal for someone who enjoys working on customer-facing platforms and thrives in dynamic product teams. What you’ll do Work closely with engineering and design to prioritize, define, and deliver product features Translate ideas, user needs, and business requirements into structured product specifications Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the product roadmap forward Support the design process by contributing to user flows, UX decisions, and high-level product structure Analyze product performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvementEnsure smooth communication and alignment across product stakeholders Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature release coordination What we’re looking for Experience working in fast-paced SaaS companies, ideally in LATAM (e.g. Rappi, Didi, Mercado Libre, or similar environments) Background in UX/UI or product design, or very strong collaboration with design teams Fluent Spanish and professional-level English Based in LATAM and able to work full-time (40h/week) Strong product thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable requirements Comfortable operating in high-speed product teams with high execution standards Clear communicator who works well cross-functionally Profiles that are NOT a fit Project Managers without hands-on SaaS product experience PMs with no design or UX foundation Junior profiles without experience in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments Candidates outside of LATAM Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Product Management and Marketing Industries: Design Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
