We are looking for a Product Manager based in Argentina to work on a long-term project for one of our clients, a Chemical Manufacturing company, headquartered in North Rhine–Westphalia, Germany.

Our client's products and services are designed to serve the most essential human needs of health and nutrition.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of assigned products, from conception and validation to build, launch, optimization, and decommissioning.
  • Identify domain needs, develop product concepts, validate ideas, and create business cases.
  • Oversee product build and launch, including any sourced or external services, ensuring product availability, stability, and compliance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product development, marketing, finance, legal, manufacturing, operations, and sales teams to ensure product success.
  • Drive agile best practices, including continuous planning, sprint preparation, backlog prioritization, and user story creation.
  • Conduct market opportunity assessments, competitive analysis, sales enablement activities, and monitor domain performance.
  • Identify, engage, and manage key stakeholder groups while balancing diverse and sometimes conflicting expectations.
  • Ensure that stakeholder and user needs are clearly understood and incorporated into product decisions to maximize value.
  • Provide strategic end-to-end leadership for assigned products, optimizing capabilities to deliver business outcomes efficiently.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps that define user needs, priorities, and non-functional requirements.
  • Track and report progress against 90-day outcomes, overall product health, and budget responsibilities.
  • Manage product delivery and streamline the backlog to ensure efficient execution.
  • Monitor user feedback, product performance metrics, and business value to continuously refine and improve the product.
  • Apply Design Thinking methods to understand user needs, define problems, and validate usability, feasibility, business fit, and value.
  • Communicate proactively and strategically with users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Build strong working relationships across product management, engineering, and other technical groups.
  • Mentor junior product managers and support the improvement of product management and agile practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Product Manager.
  • 2+ years of experience with Agile development and DevOps.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience with Design Thinking, user-centered design, and user analysis.
  • Ability to define and manage initiatives based on metrics, KPIs, and measurable goals.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience building product vision, product roadmaps, and product strategy.
  • Proven experience designing, developing, delivering, or leading digital solutions in complex environments.
  • Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills, with the ability to evolve product strategies based on research and data.
  • Ability to measure and clearly communicate the business value of proposals and deliverables.
