Main Responsibilities As part of a sales team, you will have a quarterly revenue quota. The main way to grow your revenue is making sure your clients reach their campaign goals consistently. The role is to manage multiple mid‑market accounts from all over Latin America, reporting to our regional Technical Lead. You will need to prepare campaign proposals, assist in account set‑up, send optimization recommendations, troubleshoot campaigns, share analyses and report results. Develop trust relationships and pitch new solutions or improvements to the clients. Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams. Solve any issues faced by clients. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders. Skills And Experience Required Experience: 2+ years in some of the following roles or similar ones: Key account manager in a leading performance marketing agency. Account manager in any major advertising platform (Google, Facebook, etc.). Performance specialist or similar in a marketing team. Customer success manager in a marketing technology company. Digital marketing knowledge: Experience running SEM campaigns. Attribution models and experiment design. Tracking (pixels, MMPs, SDKs). Personal skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. Proactive commercial attitude. Problem‑solving and learner mindset. Analytical skills and attention to detail. Languages: English (required). Tools: Required: Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint.
