Customer Care Specialist Position: Customer Care Specialist Schedule and work modality: 3 pm to 00 am (GMT-3). The working schedule includes working during the weekend (3 days during the week and 2 on the weekend). Fully Remote. Compensation: 862 USD/monthly. The Customer Care Specialist will play a key role within the company to ensure we are exceeding our customer’s expectations. Our Customer Care Specialists go above and beyond for our customers and leave no stone unturned when solving customer issues. Responsibilities Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services and provide informative support to our customers Provide a seamless customer experience that creates positive sentiment for our brand Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and steps taken to resolve issues Direct customers to the appropriate parties and facilitate a seamless handoff if the customer requires additional assistance from a team member from another department Meet and/or exceed all customer care metrics Adhere to customer service guidelines and company policies Provide feedback to Customer Care supervisors and department manager regarding trends and opportunities to improve the customer experience Works as a team with other departments as needed to solve customer issues and ensure the customer is getting the best possible care Collaborates with other departments to support any internal functions and requests as needed Provide relevant feedback to help us improve our service offerings Requirements Must be customer‑obsessed with a friendly and empathetic demeanor Utilize critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to provide solutions and resolve customer issues Proactively take steps to improve the customer experience Must be an effective communicator with the ability to work cross‑functionally with multiple departments Must be able to communicate both written and orally in English Must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Availability: The hours for this position will vary depending on business requirements Benefits Fully Remote Work Modality Career Development Opportunities Paid Time Off Health Insurance Allowance Multicultural work environment Stock Options We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive workspace for all of our employees no matter their gender, sexual orientation, ethnic identity, race, religious belief or anything else that makes you unique.
