In your role you will support administration duties and local/regional projects and tasks providing consistent, informative, and accurate information within the communications function, with a focus on the following:
**Role Responsibilities**
- Will have product, process, and compliance awareness to handle issues.
- This role acts as the front-line support between the Customer and internal Western Union departments, agents, vendors, and management to research and resolve Customer issues.
- Provides first level support for customers’ enquiries and complaints in line with SLA targets.
- Resolves customer enquiries, identifies, and evaluates problems and stays involved in the resolution.
- Contributes to the team environment and maintains a high level of professionalism, patience, and efficiency to minimize customer dissatisfaction and increase customer loyalty.
**Role Requirements**
- One year or more of experience in customer service (with previous Call Centre experience preferred).
- A bachelor's degree or studying in a related field is desirable.
- Strong verbal, written and listening skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel.
- Teamwork attitude.
- Intermediate English.
