The new StartUp “The Institute for Human Dynamics” was found 8 months ago but we are growing faster than even expected that's why we are now developing a new market for us - Argentina. - Important: we are looking for startup spirit employee, in the beginning no fixed wage, only high percentage of sales. The IHD is now developing 2 main directions : Tailored education for top‑executives developing soft‑skills changing mindset and business approaches. Consulting for top‑managers and their teams in the field of: negotiation, conflict resolution, meditation, leadership and coaching. We help companies drive profitability, achieve better results, and deal effectively with crises by building strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and change management skills. Our team members are the best professors and speakers of business schools and universities owning their unique methodology based on real long‑team experience and business practice. IHD is the organization supporting executives in human interaction worldwide. Our focus is on enhancing and transforming organizational human dynamic capabilities in order to successfully manage and maneuver the business challenges to achieve successful outcomes. IHD creates customized employee development programs for companies in different industries all over the world. Whom we are looking for? - Argentina is a new territory for us, we used to work in Israel, OAE, CIS countries and some more. During the next 6 months we are going to develop our products in the territory of Brazil. In our team we are more like a family so we are looking for the family member or business partner.
