Ttt - Manager - Ey Global Delivery Services EY As a Project Manager for America’s Tax Strategic Initiatives project management Center of Excellence, you will work on a variety of strategic projects with different business units and functional teams to achieve business objectives that drive EY's growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities Define and project manage a portfolio of projects which includes structuring projects, setting SMART objectives, planning all aspects of project work including change management and communications, managing all phases of project management from ideation through closure. Develop relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., business leaders, enablement), to work more closely together, and share knowledge and expertise. Clearly identify and communicate issues and status reports to leaders and/or stakeholders. Integrate planning efforts across work groups, to gain appropriate sponsorship; establish responsibilities and deploy sufficient resources. Develop workplans with key milestones that are aligned with project goals and objectives. Implement these plans to meet goals within established budgets and timelines. Draft communications. Manage project budget. Develop procedures and coordinate activities within project/program team. Recommend new approaches to leaders and influence final decisions. Gain recognition as a go-to resource in project management, change management leading practices including knowledge on tools and templates to leverage to increase project team performance. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience project managing complex projects in a matrix organization. Strong knowledge and experience developing and executing transformation initiatives which required significant change management. Ability to assimilate into multiple teams simultaneously and manage others by influence. English language skills – excellent written and verbal communication. Confidence to ask questions that feed a strategic and curious mind. Motivation to add value and have a positive and significant impact. Good presentation skills, and an ability to tell a good business story. Strong cultural awareness, to team with professionals with different backgrounds from across the world. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project. Competent at handling multiple demands and competing priorities. A minimum of 5 years of related work experience. Bachelor's degree. PMP certification. Change Management certification.
