Acr Senior Manager - Ey Global Delivery Service EY EY team : Ernst & Young performs professional services globally, including auditing, assurance, consulting & tax. This role is part of Finance Operations (within Tax Service line), who provides the client with immediate access to an entire finance function delivering end to end services from transaction processing, accounting, monthly reporting through the statutory and tax cycle. Role : This role is expected to Lead Finance Operate team based in Buenos Aires, for a US - Oil & Gas client. Key deliverables for this role are: Lead the operation for GDS Buenos Aires, reporting to location Finance Operate lead. Oversee day to day delivery from BA team, composed by Manager, Seniors and Staffs, supporting accounting activities that include: Manual JEs, Monthly Flash Report, Financial Result Summary, CFO Deep Dive Inputs, FERC reporting, Close Management. Become client stakeholders trusted advisor and main point of contact/escalation during the transition and after go-live. Coach junior team members to deliver client on timely and quality manner, becoming a referent for them and leading by example in terms of client communication and team behaviours. Interact with other locations such as GDS India and ACR US onshore team to guarantee business model and client support is consistent across locations. Monitor operation metrics (KPIs, SLAs) and Engagement metrics (utilization, Margin, Revenue).
