Con presencia global, busca crear su Operación en Buenos Aires para consolidar su posición en el mercado. Job Description Liderar y supervisar las operaciones de la empresa en Argentina, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos corporativos. Desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales para incrementar la participación en el mercado local. Gestionar el presupuesto y garantizar la rentabilidad del negocio en el país. Representar a la empresa ante clientes, proveedores y organismos regulatorios. Coordinar y liderar equipos multidisciplinarios para alcanzar las metas establecidas. Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos operativos y comerciales. Monitorear el cumplimiento de las normativas legales y de seguridad aplicables al sector industrial. Reportar directamente a la sede central sobre los avances y resultados obtenidos en Argentina The Successful Applicant The Successful Applicant El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos: Formación universitaria en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines. Experiencia demostrable en roles de liderazgo dentro del sector industrial/manufacturero. Conocimientos sólidos en gestión financiera y planificación estratégica. Habilidades avanzadas de negociación y comunicación. Nivel de inglés avanzado, tanto oral como escrito. Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y bajo presión.
