Client Growth Manager About Us – IMS is an Aleph company partnering with major social media platforms including Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitch. We operate in LATAM and Europe, and our mission is to extend advertisers’ reach and amplify their success. Main Responsibilities Meet quarterly revenue quota by ensuring client campaigns reach goals. Provide client service throughout the sales process: set‑up, optimization, troubleshooting, analysis, reporting, and improvement proposals. Set up and optimize performance campaigns on Twitter, TikTok, SnapChat, and LinkedIn, or assist clients with set‑up. Understand key customer needs, build trust, and pitch new solutions or improvements. Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams. Resolve any client issues. Generate new sales that turn into long‑lasting relationships. Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders. Skills and Experience Required 2+ years in a key account manager, account manager at a major advertising platform, performance specialist, or customer success manager in a marketing‑technology company. Deep knowledge of digital marketing: performance campaigns (ROAS, CPA, CPL), attribution models, experiment design, and tracking (pixels, MMPs, SDKs). Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels. Problem‑solving mindset, strong analytical skills, and keen attention to detail. English (required). Required tools: Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint. Desirable tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust), SQL, Python, VBA, Web Design.
