Job Summary We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Client Country Lead to join our team. Location & Schedule Location: Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, ArgentinaWork schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pmWork model: On site / HybridContract Type: Indefinite-term Daily Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with the client. Understand clients' business objectives and real estate requirements to provide tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations. Business Development Identify opportunities to expand our services and grow our client portfolio. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute client growth strategies. Stay informed about market trends and competitive developments. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals to deliver exceptional client service. Set performance goals and provide coaching and feedback to team members. Ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively. Market Analysis Monitor and analyze the local real estate market, providing insights to the client and the organization. Stay updated on regulatory changes and their potential impact on the client. Financial Management Manage budgets and financial performance for this client account. Ensure compliance with financial reporting and billing processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate or client management roles. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership and team management abilities. Business development and client acquisition experience. Financial acumen and budget management skills.
