As a Senior Recruiter, you will source, recruit, conduct interviews, and hire qualified candidates for our company. This position requires expertise in hiring Software Engineers, AI Engineers, and other non‑tech roles, along with strong proficiency in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry‑specific platforms to identify and attract top talent. Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to build a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Proactively network and establish relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and relevant organizations. Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications and match them with job requirements. Conduct initial screens and video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Administer assessments and tests to evaluate candidates' competencies and aptitude for specific roles. Coordinate and conduct in‑depth interviews with candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to develop interview questions and evaluation criteria. Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate assessments and interview feedback. Facilitate post‑interview discussions and assist in the final selection of candidates. Maintain effective communication and build relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and meet their hiring needs. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records and applicant tracking system (ATS) data. Prepare regular recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recruitment trends. Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on hiring software engineers and AI engineers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility. Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
