Senior Technical Recruiter As a senior technical recruiter, you will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for technical roles across data, cloud, and engineering disciplines. You will be responsible for driving full‑cycle recruiting execution, partnering closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes and an exceptional candidate experience. What you will do 1. End‑to‑End Technical Recruitment Execution Lead full‑cycle recruitment for technical roles including Power BI Developers, Azure Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Full Stack Developers, and Technical Project Managers. Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored for each role and geography (North America, EMEA, APAC). Screen candidates for technical proficiency, cultural fit, and communication skills through structured interviews and technical assessments. Manage interview pipelines, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to offer closure. Leverage tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
