Vad innebär det att jobba som Talent Acquisition Specialist på Redeploy?

Som Talent Acquisition Specialist på Redeploy blir du den som hittar och attraherar de bästa talangerna på marknaden. Dina dagar kommer bestå av en spännande blandning av operativ och strategisk rekrytering. Du kommer att driva rekryteringsprocesser från start till mål, i nära samarbete med våra rekryterande chefer.  
 
Ditt huvudsakliga fokus kommer att vara att söka och locka talanger för en mängd olika roller inom Cloud Engineering, Data och AI. Du kommer att genomföra intervjuer, hantera administration och koordinera rekryteringsprocesserna.  
 
Men det stannar inte där – du kommer även att delta och vara med att påverka i andra rekryterings- och Employer Branding-initiativ. Det kan innebära allt från att förbättra och utveckla processer och attraktionssätt till att arrangera rekryteringsevents och vara med och forma vårt framtida traineeprogram.


Vem är du? 

Vi söker dig med en stark passion och intresse för rekrytering – med andra ord, en riktig nörd på området. Du har några års erfarenhet inom rekrytering, kanske som rekryteringskonsult eller som Talent Acquisition Specialist på ett tech-bolag. Det är det gedigna arbetet med uppsökande rekrytering som driver dig framåt. 

Du trivs i en snabbfotad och dynamisk arbetsmiljö där tempo och teamwork är nyckeln till framgång. Då bolaget är i en stark tillväxtfas så behöver du vara bekväm i att processer och arbetssätt inte är satta. Kommunikation är nyckeln i denna roll, och du är bekväm med att hantera dialoger på olika nivåer och med riktigt kompetenta människor.

Vi ser gärna att du har: 

  • Erfarenhet av rekrytering inom tech-branschen, gärna med fokus på profiler inom data, AI och infrastruktur. 
  • Erfarenhet av uppsökande rekrytering med LinkedIn Recruiter och andra kreativa metoder för att hitta och attrahera talanger. 
  • Erfarenhet av datadriven och kompetensbaserad rekrytering. 
  • God kommunikationsförmåga på svenska och engelska.
