- Understand talent supply and demand dynamics in key markets, review hiring needs and develop a sourcing plan
- Manage local vendor relationships and ensure high service levels

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or in a Business related discipline.
- 5 years of recruiting experience in an international environment
- Inhouse sourcing experience, or RPO/on-site sourcing management for client roles (including a high degree of stakeholder and HR interaction), or research/headhunter agency campaign management experience.
- Expert with the use of Linkedin, ATS, and other recruitment tools to identify and engage with top talent.
- Fluent English
