Human by nature.**Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your future position?**
- Reporting to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll ensure timely and accurate processing of all Global Talent Acquisition support activities following performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements.- Your
- ** main responsibilities **will be:
**Service Delivery**
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Specialist and local HR to ensure latest job description is advertised for identified vacancies; attract applicants by placing job advertisements and other outreach by online media.
- Maintain a log of vacancies and communicate regular status update to relevant Local HR teams in collaboration with other team members of Global TA. D&S newsletter only.
- Collaborate with the other team members (Eg. Recruiters) assisting Global TA to ensure seamless process execution for Talent Acquisition

**Governance and Controls**
- Collaborate across Global TA to ensure the recruitment process is compliant with our philosophy and policies
- Ensure compliance with internal operating and control procedures, including HR data integrity and adherence to government regulations

**Report**
- Prepare all standard GBS HR Talent Acquisition reports, including ad-hoc request e.g., management reports, progress reports under the guidance of seniors. ERP report for Payroll only.
- Stakeholder/vendor relationship
- Manage issue resolution from countries regions on Talent Acquisition Support; Escalate complex queries/exceptions to seniors
- Engage with third-party recruitment agencies and ensure they meet Service level agreements and key performance indicators, follow TA guidelines set for agency collaboration
- Support the team with raising all recruitment Purchase Orders.

**Improvements**
- Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on overall service levels and provide recommendation to seniors on improvement opportunities

**Your professional profile includes**:

- College or University degree in Human Resources or Related field
- Fluent in English; familiarity with HR terminology relevant to talent acquisition; any other languages a plus.
- 3 years of work experience in similar roles.
