Flxpoint, a leading provider of ecommerce integration & automation solutions, is looking for an experienced and results-driven VP of Demand Generation.

This senior leadership role will be instrumental in driving our demand generation strategy, overseeing list building, outbound email campaigns, retargeting ad strategies, lead nurturing, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demand generation, with a focus on account based marketing strategies that fuel growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage the development and execution of Flxpoint's demand generation strategies, driving high-quality leads into the sales funnel.
  • Oversee list building efforts to identify and target new potential customers across ecommerce and related industries.
  • Design and execute outbound email marketing strategies, including cold outreach, drip campaigns, and personalized messaging.
  • Develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the buyers journey, increasing engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to craft compelling copy and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Strategize, design, and manage search and social media advertising campaigns to drive awareness and lead acquisition.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of landing pages to maximize conversions from digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report on the ROI of demand generation activities.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles, preferably in SaaS or ecommerce.
  • Proven track record of success in building and executing demand generation strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Strong expertise in email marketing, lead nurturing, and list management.
  • Experience with ICP ABM campaigns with the ability to build targeted lists, acquire & enrich contact data, personalize outreach, and drive leads.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads) and tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
  • Exceptional copywriting and messaging skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Hands-on experience with landing page design and conversion rate optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward achieving aggressive growth targets.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • C2 English Level
