Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten
Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Anfragen von Kunden mit Wartungsverträgen
Dokumentation aller Arbeitsschritte in unserem Ticketsystem
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen beteiligten Abteilungen
Testen und Dokumentieren von Fehlern und Entwicklungen
Anforderungen
Fundierte Kenntnisse in PC-Hardware, Ticketsystemen, Remote-Tools und Netzwerktechnologien
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Windows-Betriebssysteme und Microsoft Office
Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C2-Niveau)
Hohe Serviceorientierung und Lernbereitschaft für neue Produkte und Dienstleistungen
