Semi Senior Project Manager, Jira Implementation

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Semi Senior Project Manager with a strong background in time-tracking processes, including the use of Jira and Atlassian tools, to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our teams utilize Jira and related tools effectively to drive project success. You will oversee the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of these tools, while also managing key projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Tool Administration & Support: Focus primarily on Jira, Tempo and other Atlassian features. Manage and support Project Management and Time-tracking tools to ensure they align with organizational needs. Oversee user account management, permissions, and onboarding processes. Provide first-line support for issues related to the tools mentioned above. Project Management and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs. Develop and document project scopes, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals. Lead and manage projects utilizing Project Management and Time-tracking tools like Jira and Tempo, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and coordinate them to ensure project alignment and successful execution. Document Project planning, scoping and delivery. Training & User Enablement: Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure efficient use of Jira and Atlassian tools across teams. Create and maintain documentation to support user education and tool adoption. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Atlassian tool usage. Drive the implementation of process improvements and new features to better support project management practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, or similar role with a focus on time-tracking and project management tools like Jira and Tempo. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and build rapport with multiple stakeholders. Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable project plans. Familiarity with timesheet management and other project-tracking processes within Jira and Tempo. Experience in providing training and support to global teams. Certification in Project Management or Time-tracking tools administration, business analysis, or project management is a plus.#LI-MR1
