About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Implementation Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce implementations, focusing primarily on Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud solutions. As a key leadership role, you will leverage your extensive Salesforce Administration and project management experience to deliver high-impact solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their business processes and objectives.
Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, from initial discovery and solution design through to configuration, integration, testing, and user training.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships, while consistently managing expectations and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Collaborate closely with clients to capture business requirements and user stories, offering expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and strategic optimizations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, setting and managing key milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, and solutions, ensuring transparency and alignment at all stages.
- Coordinate seamlessly with our internal development team to ensure technical requirements are met, and collaborate on custom development needs to deliver tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
- Review statements of work with clients and ensure project is delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify out of scope requests and address with clients to determine budget, additional cost, and impact on timeline.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
- Minimum of 4-6 years of Salesforce administration experience, with at least 2 years in a project management or leadership role
- Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and the full project lifecycle
- Proven expertise in developing and managing Salesforce automations and Flows
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-phase Salesforce implementations in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
- Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5PM EST (8 hours + 30 min lunch break)
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
- Monthly Salary: up to $4,500
- Type of Contract: Independent contractor
- 100% remote role
