We are seeking a highly motivated bilingual Customer Success Executive to join our team. As a CSE, you will be the main point of contact for our US customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving their success with Sidetool's products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers, serving as their trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Onboard new customers and ensure a successful implementation.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for upselling
  • Resolve customer issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide regular updates and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs.

Requirements

    • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is a must. English and Spanish native or C2 Proficient.
    • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience managing customer relationships and driving customer success.
    • Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
    • Experience working with SaaS products is a plus.
