In Buenos Aires (Argentina) we are looking for a District Sales Manager.


Your day at Ferring
- Organize & conduct marketing activities to healthcare professionals, including doctors’ group meetings, and participates in local conferences to increase awareness towards Ferring products.

- Executes (under his/ her line manager’s guidance) the area business plan to achieve area goals, within set budgets.

- Screens accounts in the area (physicians, decision-makers/influencing professionals) to realize potential and preference for Ferring products, and prognoses on the expected

- Evaluates and corrects the performance of the individual medical representatives, based upon the set objectives through active coaching and training on the job.

- Builds and maintains positive and effective working relationships with healthcare professionals and makes use of these relationships to achieve business goals.

- Stays informed of new developments in the market, anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business, and reports the same to the Sales Manager.

- Monitors and ensures the use of the sales force reporting system, and customer information database.

- Achievement of the monthly, quarterly and annual objectives for the area and each member of his/her team.

- B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy, or related major

- Five years experience in pharmaceutical sales.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

- Strong data analysis skills.
