FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES •Develop and implement actions and loyalty plans according to the segment.•Plan and coordinate the webinar cycles. Generate the theme schedule for LATAM, Mexico and Brazil. Prepare invitations to events for Partners and other participants. Write the webinar posts and publish them on the corporate blog and in different newsletters.•Organize, coordinate and perform tasks related to ESET Latin America's participation in events.•Strategically plan and coordinate with the Channel Marketing Analyst the execution of the ESET Partner Days (EPD) cycle of events throughout the Region.•Work on the proposal, management and coordination of relationship activities.•Keep track of the actions taken by Distributors and Partners with the new contacts made at events, ensuring E2E processes and ROI analysis.•Ensure the use of the data collection strategy that best applies to each event. To coordinate the implementation of surveys at events in which ESET Latin America or its Partners participate, from their preparation to the processing and delivery of results. To meet the lead generation goal in the year. To implement, if necessary, additional tools to generate contacts at events and relationship activities.•Actively participate in the definition and execution of the B2B tracking processes for the leads generated at events on the Hubspot platform.•Analyze the events that will take place in the assigned market and propose participation in the ones that are in line with the set objectives.•Analyze the different alternatives proposed by the event organization providers and select the one that best suits the needs of the market and the available resources in terms of structure and investment.•Assist in the general organization of the ESET Security Days events.•Develop direct marketing promotional kits, setting the target and the strategy to be implemented in order to make it functional for Sales. To propose the elements that need to be included, evaluate possible suppliers to produce the materials, and design them, together with the selected supplier. To communicate and promote the kit to the relevant Areas.•Generate reports on the events held at ESET Latin America for Marketing Managers and ESET HQ.•Manage the stock of the Area’s promotional materials that are used in events and relationship activities.•Keep the Regional Calendar of Events, the website and other publications always updated with past and future events and webinars. To save photos and documents associated with events on the server.•Comply with the Information Security Policies and Directives defined by the Company.•Integrate ESET Latin America's values into every decision and day-to-day behavior, making them a pillar of the corporate culture and transmitting them in every task. REQUIREMENTS Education: •Complete or incomplete university studies in Marketing, Sales, Public Relations or similar•Any studies related to event organization, direct marketing, relationship marketing and loyalty marketing will be highly valued Experience: •1 to 3 years working experience in similar positions and organizing corporate events Knowledge: •Use of Office Package Language: •English: Intermediate level ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Travel: •10%-
