¿Cuáles serán tus principales desafíos?

Resolver problemas del cliente Punto focal de CX y seguimiento de acciones para mejora. Manejo de Costos y Contratos. Trabajar con el equipo de ventas y preventa, para la detección de nuevas soluciones y/o servicios. Garantizar que el contrato se cumple correctamente, asegurando que las áreas que dan el servicio cumplan en tiempo y forma acorde a lo contratado. Crear una experiencia positiva para los clientes Crear informes sobre el estado del contrato.
