Bid Management and Pre-Sales Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Bid Management and Pre-Sales Process Lead to drive our pre-sales and bid management processes, ensuring successful client engagement and strategic alignment with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pre-Sales Process Leadership:
    • Oversee the management of rate cards, ensuring they are current and competitive in the market.
    • Design and implement pyramid structures to streamline pre-sales and bid activities, enhancing our company's efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and assess market talent relevant to upcoming opportunities, aligning with our company's strategic objectives.
    • Validate potential opportunities in coordination with the North America, LATAM, and Europe Go-To-Market teams, ensuring alignment with our company's global strategy.
  2. Bid Management Leadership:
    • Support proposal creation processes by engaging with LATAM Engineering/Practice Leads and LATAM Delivery Leads, ensuring high-quality proposals that meet client requirements.
    • Facilitate and manage bid-related communications and documentation, ensuring timely and accurate submission of proposals.
  3. Use Case Development:
    • Collaborate with the global Engineering, Research & Development team to develop and refine use cases, enhancing our company's pre-sales and bid management processes.
    • Ensure use cases are effectively utilized in the pre-sales and bid management processes, driving business growth and success.
  4. Business Review Leadership:
    • Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly and quarterly business reviews to Senior Management, providing insights and recommendations based on performance metrics and bid activities.
  5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports, tracking opportunities, statuses, and key elements for success, providing valuable insights for business growth.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, informing business decisions and strategies.
  6. Client Presentations and Support:
    • Participate in client presentations, providing expert support and insights, and be prepared to travel as needed to support client engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
  • Proven experience in project management or pre-sales roles, with a strong ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus, and Portuguese language skills are ideal but not required.
