Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 04:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Operations Administrator to support our Senior Project Manager with administrative tasks related to demolition projects. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of project-related documentation and processes. The ideal candidate will have a high level of written English proficiency, strong attention to detail, and experience with administrative tasks in a construction or related industry. Responsibilities will include generating certificates of insurance, applying for construction permits, gathering required contract information, and eventually assisting with accounts payable (AP) scheduling and accounts receivable (AR) collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist the Senior Project Manager with administrative tasks related to demolition projects.
- Document Preparation: Generate certificates of insurance and prepare other necessary documents for project execution.
- Permit Application: Apply for construction permits, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Contract Assistance: Gather and organize information required for contracts, which will be reviewed by the Senior Project Manager.
- Financial Tasks: Eventually take on responsibilities related to AP scheduling and AR collections.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all documentation is accurate, well-organized, and meets the required standards.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: High proficiency in written English is essential for accurate documentation and communication.
- Experience: Previous experience in construction project coordination or administrative roles is highly beneficial.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Airtable. Experience with creating automations is a plus but not required.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with contract management and reading blueprints.
- Previous experience in a construction project coordination or assistance role.
