We are looking for a sales professional with strong negotiation skills, who embodies the qualities of a true high achiever


As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting for potential buyers, qualifying them, and understanding their buying needs in order to sell them properties that are available in our inventory.


Responsibilities

  • Prospect for potential buyers/investors.
  • Qualify investors.
  • Evaluate properties.
  • Negotiate property sales with buyers.
  • Timely follow-ups for securing deals.
  • Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge on the real estate market.
  • Follow our company's property disposition process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales-specific role.
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation and deal closures.
  • Familiarity with real estate or high-ticket sales is a plus.
  • C1 English level proficiency.
  • Applicants must have previous employment references.
  • Must be comfortable working in a commission-based role.
