With 40+ professionals and presence in 24+ countries, we are in full global expansion mode. Our sales and Customer Success teams are the growth engine, and we're looking for a driven individual ready to grow our US, European and LATAM portfolio and reshape agriculture with us.

Tasks

As a Project Manager, your mission is to coordinate and execute successful implementation of LAYERS services and solutions. You'll work closely with Customer Success Manager (CSMs) and Data Analysts to ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations, timelines, and strategic objectives.

You will act as the execution backbone of each client relationship, ensuring quality, coordination, and accountability throughout the delivery process. Your main client portfolio will be US and Europe based, with additional support required to your LATAM colleagues in Argentina and Paraguay.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Coordinate the execution of client projects from onboarding to delivery
  • Define and track timelines, milestones, and task responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary internal coordinator between CSM, Data Analyst, and Product teams
  • Manage project documentation, communications, and deliverables
  • Ensure client configurations are correctly implemented in LAYERS
  • Anticipate and resolve operational roadblocks and risks
  • Support training sessions and product usage onboarding
  • Ensure delivery quality and customer satisfaction KPIs are met
  • Collaborate with CSM to provide feedback for upselling and renewal strategies
  • Report regularly on project status to the CSM and Revenue Team
Requirements

What do you bring?

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Knowledge of the agriculatural industry: you understand the challenges and priorities of producers - particularly in sugar and or grains
  • Strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of PowerBI
  • Strong commercial acumen: you bring customer-facing experience and a proven track-record of high customer satisfaction and portfolio growth
  • Team player mentality: you are energized by working together in a team to solve problems and drive excellence
