Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Manager role based in Buenos Aires, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and managing client relationships. Tasks include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and achieve targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends and insights to enhance sales processes and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
- Experience in client relationship management and communication strategies
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and related technologies
- Results-oriented mindset with expertise in driving revenue growth and achieving targets
- Excellent leadership, team collaboration, and organizational skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in technology or innovation-driven industries is a plus
