REVENUE OPERATIONS ANALYST
SERVICE COMPANY LOCATED IN US (Full Time, Eastern Time)
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end flow of activities for potential and existing members throughout the sales life cycle.
• Facilitate the rostering of CoreTrust members and support the sales team with membership documentation during preparation, signature, and update phases.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation and execution of member agreements and amendments.
• Maintain and update member data in Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Coordinate documentation flow between Sales and Legal teams.
• Facilitate member onboarding and maintenance through tools such as the Member Portal, CRM, and internal systems.
• Process new member additions, category selections, and participating facility location lists.
• Prepare and deliver member-requested activity and ad hoc reports for Sales and Operations.
• Complete special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requisitos
Qualifications
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) mandatory.
• Proven professionalism and experience working in corporate environments.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across teams.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, service-focused approach.
