Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Revenue, based in Greater Buenos Aires with some work-from-home flexibility. The Director of Revenue will oversee revenue operations, ensure adherence to revenue recognition principles, and align financial strategies with sales goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective revenue growth plans, analyzing performance data, collaborating with finance, sales, and accounting teams, and fostering continuous improvement processes to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and a proven ability to assess data and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Revenue Recognition principles, ensuring compliance and accuracy in reporting.
  • Solid foundation in Finance and Accounting to manage budgets, financial statements, and forecasting.
  • Experience in Sales strategy development, revenue forecasting, and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills to guide teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in a revenue management role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using financial and revenue management tools and software (e.g., CRM, ERP systems).
