We are seeking a detail-oriented
English Copy Editor
to ensure the quality and consistency of our written content. In this role, you will be responsible for editing and proofreading various documents, ensuring they align with our brand's voice and style guides. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a high standard of quality across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and proofread a variety of documents to ensure they are grammatically correct, clear, and consistent with the client's brand guidelines.
- Manage document updates and upload content to internal platforms and systems.
- Collaborate with team members to propose and implement improvements to processes and content.
- Create necessary content for projects, such as emails and other communications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of project efficiencies.
- Utilize Google suite and other necessary tools to perform daily tasks and manage project workflows.
Qualifications and Skills:
You'll need at least 2 years of proven experience as a Copy Editor or in a similar role, along with a strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style guides. If you're Native/Bilingual in English and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as familiarity with Google Sheet/Excel formulas and automations, you'll thrive here.
