**Responsibilities**:
Editing copy for the magazine and online
Working with the production team to collect print advertisements from clients
Working with the Managing Editor and Senior Designer to lay out stories, advertisements, charts, infographics, etc.
Working with the ad sales team on the makeup of advertorials and white papers
Working with the editorial team on special projects such as rankings, special reports, and other research
Proofing and transmitting pages via print site process
Sending daily and weekly newsletters
**What We’re Looking For**:
**Basic Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree
3-4 years copy/publishing production experience
Excel proficiency
InDesign proficiency
Basic HTML skills are plus
**Additional Preferred Qualifications**:
Hard-working, flexible, and deadline
- and detail-oriented
Highly collaborative, with excellent communications skills
Well organized and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
