Content & Advertising Specialist

Our Marketing Team works to leverage the Avature product in the global HR market. They work together with important customers worldwide to promote our brand and attract new customers. With this objective, online tools are fundamental to reach different audiences around the globe—understanding both the audience and the effectiveness of these tools is essential to use them in the best possible way, and thus expand our market. We’re seeking an incredibly organized, talented and passionate advertising specialist to take a key role in driving our advertising efforts forwards. Using your copywriting capabilities as well as your knowledge of the advertising ecosystem you’ll be in charge of creating, developing and be part of delivering engaging and unforgettable campaigns that captivate new audiences, increase conversion rates and brand lift. Your success will expand Avature’s global reach and help position the Avature brand as leader in HR software.
Your challenges and objectives
- Play a key role in planning, creating and executing creative content for campaigns on digital or print platforms at a global scale.
- Be in constant research of advertising opportunities that will help us expand our brand globally.
- Work cross-functionally with other Avature teams such as Events, Product Marketing, and Studio.
- Develop a deep knowledge of our product and its functionalities.
Your day-to-day activities
- Help maximizing ROI by being in constant optimization of ads to deliver enhanced campaign performance and brand awareness impact.
- Act as a project manager to ensure all advertising deals work as clock work, outlining tasks and ensuring all deliverables are met on time. Taking care of all the process, from deal making to asset delivery.
- Educate, teach and improve the team’s copy writing skills, guiding them to improve ad and general content performance.
- Establish guidelines for the marketing teams, and designers to maximize the impact of advertising practices, including but not limited to: Social Media Ads, Google Ads, Retargeting Ads, Display Ads, Print Advertorials, Event Banners, etc.
- Be the lead editor and supervisor for all advertising content.
- Detect patterns of success, and improve overall ROI through effective measurement and reporting.
- Participate in creating other materials, such as videos, blogs, e-books, etc.

- High level of proficiency in spoken and written English
- Experienced content producer
- Excellent team player and collaborator
- Comfortable with tight deadlines
- Proactive, self-driven, highly organized
- Experience running ads in Google and Social Media platforms is a plus.
- Experience with the Google Marketing Suite is a plus.
- Tech savvy
