As an Online Advertising Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital advertising strategies across various platforms. Position Overview Location: Fully Remote – Schedule: Flexible Key Responsibilities Develop and implement digital advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, to reach target audiences and drive conversions. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition, to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and content creators, to develop engaging ad creatives that resonate with target audiences. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in online advertising, continuously refining your skills and expertise. Provide regular reports and insights to clients, demonstrating the effectiveness and impact of digital advertising campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across multiple platforms. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads, with experience in campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to optimize campaign performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
