Online Marketing Analyst

Our Marketing team works with global clients to promote the Avature brand and understanding how to optimize the use of online tools is a fundamental part of this task. As part of our Online Marketing team, you’ll take a key role in driving our advertising efforts forward, using your copywriting skills and knowledge of the advertising ecosystem to create, develop, and deliver engaging and unforgettable campaigns. Your work will be essential to expand Avature’s global reach and solidify our position as an HR software leader.
Your challenges and objectives
- Plan, create, and execute creative content for campaigns on both digital and print platforms at a global scale.
- Be in constant research of advertising opportunities that will help us expand our brand globally.
- Work cross-functionally with other Avature teams such as Events, Product Marketing, and Studio.
- Develop a deep knowledge of our product and its functionalities.
Your day-to-day activities
- Do project management on advertising deals, from agreement to delivery, outlining tasks and ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
- Manage Avature’s websites globally, and keep content fresh and up-to-date, assuring maximum performance.
- Be the lead editor and supervisor for all advertising content, while developing the team’s copy writing skills.
- Manage content delivery through social media and other online channels to engage with our online community.
- Establish guidelines for the marketing teams and designers to maximize the impact of advertising practices, including but not limited to: Google Ads, social media, retargeting, and display ads, print advertorials, event banners, etc.
- Measure and report ad performance to detect patterns of success in our ads, enhancing campaign performance and brand awareness, while maximizing ROI.
About you
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Always keen to learn new things and keep up with digital marketing trends.
- Excellent team player and collaborator.
- Comfortable with tight deadlines.
- Proactive, self-driven, and highly organized.
- Experience running ads in Google and social media platforms is a plus.
- Experience with the Google Marketing Suite is a plus.
