Position Summary

Vanzbon Group is looking for a 
Local Operations & Compliance Executive
 to support on-the-ground delivery in Argentina.

The role focuses on company registration, coordination with public authorities, preparation and submission of documentation, and basic market-entry/compliance support for international clients establishing operations in Argentina.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable engaging directly with authorities and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support company incorporation, amendments, and basic licensing processes with the relevant registries and authorities.
  • Coordinate with tax and corporate bodies (e.g. 
    AFIP
     and local company registries) for registrations, updates, and information requests.
  • Prepare, organize, and submit application files; track timelines and follow up on pending cases.
  • Clarify procedural requirements, fees, and documentation with government offices and public service centers.
  • Assist in verifying market-entry and compliance pathways for foreign-invested projects and summarise findings for internal teams.
  • Maintain structured digital records of applications, approvals, correspondence, and reference materials.
  • Support banking, notary, translation, and other practical arrangements related to corporate setup and compliance.
  • Collaborate with regional accounting/tax colleagues where basic tax registrations or filings are involved.
  • Provide regular status updates and written reports to headquarters in English.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience
     in corporate administration, government liaison, corporate services, or a similar operational role.
  • Familiarity with local business registration, tax identification, and licensing procedures is highly valued.
  • Exposure to basic finance or tax topics (e.g. registrations with AFIP, invoicing, VAT concepts) is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in 
    Spanish
     and working proficiency in 
    English
     for communication with regional teams.
  • Legally eligible to work in Argentina.

  • Practical and execution-oriented; willing to visit offices and clarify procedures directly when needed.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over tasks and timelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple files in parallel while keeping documentation accurate and updated.
  • Clear written communication and comfort with standard office software and online portals.
  • Professional attitude, discretion, and a service-minded approach.
