KPMG Delivery Network is looking for a detail-oriented Associate Consultant to join our Global Immigration Engagement Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment with one of the world's leading professional services firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound immigration activities: initiation, application drafting, submission, payments, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Manage client mailboxes and respond to emails/tasks efficiently.
  • Prepare accurate weekly and monthly client reports.
  • Draft timely follow-ups to onshore teams to ensure SLA commitments are met.
  • Update applicant records in the immigration tracking system.
  • Coordinate with the Assistant Manager to fulfill client requests and take necessary actions.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to leadership.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining process documentation.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory skills in Global Talent Visa, etc.
  • 1–4 years of experience in immigration, Australia Inbound compliance, or with a recognized immigration service provider.
  • Undergraduate university degree preferred.
  • Good knowledge of immigration processes, particularly Australia Inbound compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail.
