KPMG Delivery Network is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Consultant to join our Global Immigration Engagement Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global leader, leveraging technology and international collaboration to deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, draft, and submit immigration applications, including making payments and timely follow-ups.
  • Manage client engagement mailboxes, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Prepare accurate weekly and monthly client reports.
  • Draft timely follow-ups to onshore teams to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain and update applicant records in the immigration tracking system.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to fulfill client requests and take necessary actions.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to leadership.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining process documentation.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in immigration, Australia Inbound compliance, or with a recognized immigration service provider.
  • Undergraduate university degree preferred.
  • Global Talent Visa, etc.
  • Strong understanding of immigration processes, particularly Australia Inbound compliance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
