Job Description:Location: remote within the UKSalary: Dependent on ExperienceThe role:As an Advisor Business Consultant you will be part of an innovative team, working to define and deploy world class customer solutions using the ServiceNow platform.With this senior position the Advisor Business Consultant is a lead voice in client business analysis, consultation, service design, and delivery, specifically addressing ServiceNow as an enabler to drive organizational change and improvement.Providing process and technical expertise as a consulting service to clients; contributing to the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions including customer engagement, user requirement definition, change management, engagement management, configuration of technical infrastructure components, business focused testing and training.
You will develop and demonstrate specialised knowledge and skills in ServiceNow as an enterprise solution.Responsibilities:You will be a part of a team of specialists principally delivering ServiceNow solutions to a diverse client base.
